Upon resolution of your issue or request, you will be invited on occasion to complete a survey (which will take less than two minutes to complete) about your experience with Central IT support. Going forward, other Faculties and Offices may also choose to ask you about your experiences with their IT teams.
The answers you provide will help us to deliver better quality of service in the future. Please note that you will not receive a survey for every contact that you make with us - you will receive a maximum of one survey invitation each month.
